Luca Magnussen & Douglas Motorsport
From 2026, Luca Magnussen will compete in McLaren Trophy Europe in partnership with the British team Douglas Motorsport. The team is known as one of the strong development teams in European motorsport, where young talents are matched with experienced engineers, advanced data analysis and targeted driver coaching.
Douglas Motorsport is based in Corby, Northamptonshire, and for more than two decades has helped drivers progress from international karting into formula and GT categories. The team has delivered victories and podium finishes in, among others, the GB3 Championship and is a regular part of the talent pathway towards a professional racing career.
With Douglas Motorsport behind him, Luca gains access to a strong technical setup, modern simulator development and a team used to working with drivers on their way towards the highest levels of motorsport.
